Abstract

The objectives of this talk are to learn the findings of the seven recent systematic reviews on exercise for individuals at risk of fractures that will be used to inform forthcoming Osteoporosis Canada guidelines, to get insights on what we know (and what we don’t) about managing osteoporotic vertebral fractures and practical tips for applying exercise science to prevention of falls, fractures and frailty.
