Human-Centred Design Approaches to Product Development

Join us for an intensive, collaborative workshop to explore human-centred design tools, such as user archetypes and design sprints, for product design. In this workshop, participants will develop innovative solutions for products used by healthcare professionals. This workshop will enable researchers to design empathetic, user-centred solutions to complex design challenges in a collaborative environment under time constraints. Led by Kanishka Kumar, Millie Yates, Dr. Sandra Tullio-Pow (Toronto Metropolitan University) and Dr. Cesar Marquez-Chin (KITE Research Institute, University Health Network, and the University of Toronto).
