Almost half of all Canadians have difficulty reading. That number increases to 80% in seniors. Research shows that the effects of poor literacy on health include:

Plain language or “clear writing” is a way of presenting information that is easy for your audience to read, understand and use. This workshop will help you write in clear, plain language that everyone can understand.
