UHN Women Launch

Program details are as follows: 

Format: Mentors lead 1:1 “speed mentoring” sessions over the course of one hour.

Purpose: Two-way learning. 

1. Mentees will share a gender-based challenge or experience and mentors will share suggestions for managing it. 
2.  Mentors will commit to learning from the experiences they hear about during the event.
