For researchers at Toronto Rehab, we have developed the Research Volunteer Pool database, an ethical and efficient system to help recruit patients and former patients for studies.
How Does it work?
Advantages of the RVP:
- Consists of profiles of current and former Toronto Rehab patients (RVP Members) that are interested in being involved in research
- Allows for eligibility screening based on member characteristics and study inclusion criteria
- Facilitates the connection of KITE researchers with RVP members who may be eligible participants
- Facilitates the connection of KITE researchers with RVP members who are interested in being research partners
