I am an undergraduate psychology student from Toronto Metropolitan University, conducting a thesis project. My research investigates the relationship between stress and virtual reality sickness and explores whether mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques can be used as a countermeasure against motion sickness in virtual reality applications.
